What if the printer can’t print if the disk space is below 10MB. If the available hard disk space is less than 10MB (generally referred to as C disk), more space must be released to complete the printing task. At this point, click the Disk Cleanup button, and then in the File to Delete list box, select the file type to delete, and click the OK button.
What if local printer port settings are incorrect, causing printer to not print.
The steps are as follows:
- in the printer window, right-click the printer icon, and then click properties.
- Click the Details tab and in the Print to the Port below box, make sure that the printer is set to the appropriate port. The most commonly used ports are set to “LPT1” and the printer uses the USB port.
Incorrect output of program generated result in not printing.
To determine whether the output generated by the program is correct, it can be verified by printing documents through other programs. We create a new notebook file, type a few lines of text, and then click the Print command in the File menu. If you can print the test document, it is the original program you used for printing that has problems, please reinstall the program.
Printer driver damage causes printer not to print.
Sometimes, printer drivers may be corrupted, causing errors that cannot be printed. We can reinstall the appropriate driver and print it again.
